What is the difference between tree trimming and tree pruning?
Unlike tree trimming, which mainly deals with overgrowth, pruning targets specific areas to stimulate new growth, improve airflow, and optimize tree shape.
If we remove a tree, do we have to remove the stump?
Not always. We generally recommend it to eliminate tripping hazards, for aesthetic purposes, and to prevent termites from finding a foothold in your yard, but it is not required.
What is the largest tree you can service?
We can service trees up to 75ft tall and have no limit on trunk girth. This height restriction also applies to hedges, and any other plant life in your yard.
What happens if I need to reschedule a service?
We allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled service. If you must cancel within 48 hours, we have a $75 cancellation charge.
